Roto Hammer manufactures chainwheels and custom solutions for manual valve operation. Additionally, offering the best solutions for hard-to-reach and difficult-to-operate valves, with the purpose of protecting employees and equipment with safe, dependable valve operation. Each Roto Hammer is designed to operate in harsh and corrosive environments and are available in different materials and finishes. For extreme applications, chainwheels can be galvanised for additional protection. Years ago in response to industry demand, Roto Hammer began test-marketing a limited number of sizes in a new line of chain wheels designated as the CL Series. Specifically designed and engineered to meet the less demanding service found in many chain wheel applications, the CL features a lighter weight casting which resulted in substantial savings to the end user. To enhance quality, all CL wheels are cast of ductile iron, acknowledged superior in the areas of strength, durability, resistance to metal fatigue and wear. The CL Series has been enthusiastically embraced by industry buyers and is now available in OEM handwheel sizes from 2" to 32".
