AIV, L.P. is proud to announce the consolidation of facilities for AIV UK and ADANAC, a significant milestone for our group of companies, benefiting our customers, suppliers and employees. Currently in two separate facilities, AIV UK and ADANAC will share a custom built 50,000 sq ft facility in St. Edmunds, Suffolk, set to open early 2025.

AIV, a leading Master Distributor specializing in valves and automation, recently opened its doors for a memorable event during its Open House in Odessa, Texas.

AIV’s mission is to be a strategic resource to our customers, which is precisely why AIV is excited to announce its new branch location in the Rocky Mountain region of the US in Salt Lake City, Utah.

On Thursday, October 24th, AIV and Gulf Coast Modification hosted a Grand Opening to celebrate the completion of their new 320,000 sq. ft. facilities in Houston, Texas. Guests received a red carpet welcome to the state-of-the-art facility, and were first treated to a tour of the office space, modification shop and massive valve and actuation inventory. Upon completing the tour, attendees entered a 12,000 sq. foot party tent featuring multiple bars, a catered Tex-Mex buffet by El Tiempo and live music from the high-energy 80’s cover band The Spazmatics. In all, more than 600 people attended the event, including employees, friends, family, vendors partners and customers – some from as far away as Europe, Asia and Canada.
