In 2026, AIV is proudly celebrating its 35th anniversary. Founded in 1991 with just two employees in Houston, Texas, we have grown into a global organization with approximately 400 employees supporting customers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Singapore, and now Australia.

For more than three decades, we have remained dedicated to providing fast and reliable product availability, responsive support, and dependable service to customers in the energy, petrochemical, refining, power generation, and water treatment sectors. With the support of our sister companies, Gulf Coast Modification and Adanac, we have expanded both our modification capabilities and product offering to better serve industrial supply houses and distribution partners around the world.

Trey Cook, President, stated, “We are very proud of what we were able to accomplish in 2025. We expanded our facilities in Canada and the UK, increased our global headcount, raised inventory levels, and introduced new product lines that will be needle movers for 2026. Our backlog is strong, inventory is at record levels, and we see no indicators of market slowdown. We wouldn’t be where we are as a company without each one of you and we appreciate what you bring to the table every day”.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are continuing to invest in growth by opening additional branches, adding strategic product lines, and improving the services our customers rely on. As we enter our 35th year in business, we are excited by the opportunities ahead and remain focused on supporting our customers worldwide, where they need us, when they need us.
