How does AIV go to market?

AIV sells strictly through distribution. We do not sell to End Users, Engineering Firms, OEM’s or Contractors. We sell only to resellers.

What is AIV’s current Inventory level?

Our inventory level constantly changes along with our product offering. We try to maintain an inventory level of $35 Million to $40 Million among our 20 different manufacturers that we represent.

Why does AIV require an End User Certificate for any export orders?

In order to comply with United States Government regulations we must have written record of the end destination of valves that are exported out of the United States which are purchased from AIV.

How can I track an order?

Please contact one of our four sales assistants for any tracking numbers and/or documentation.

How can I get immediate notification when an order has left AIV?

Please contact your sales representative to insure your e-mail is on file so that you will receive a system generated e-mail notification with your tracking number.
