Figure Number Composition and How to Order Valves

This Valve Code is designed to assist Powell in providing fast and accurate delivery of a given valve. The proper selection of valve and Materials of Construction will ensure that the customer receives maximum value for his investment in the form of extended valve life and trouble free operation. For valves with features not listed below or valves with two or more Special Features, a Feature Code of "SP" is used and a full description of the Special Features must be provided.

Note: Standard valves only require size and figure no. fields

Examples:
Standard 2" 1503 enter as 2.00 1503
Standard 2" 1503 with Sch 40 weld end and Type 316 SS trim enter as 2.00 1503IC3
