provided:

order number
- Quantity
- Size
- Model
number
- Material
specification
- Packing
and gasket material
- Special
requirements, such as tagging, cleaning, test reports,
etc.
For features
or materials not listed in our brochure, provide full description
of requirements or consult factory for assistance.
Replacement or Spare Parts:
To
order replacement or spare parts please supply the following
information-complete part number appearing on valve identification
plate-and state what parts are needed. Incomplete information
will delay processing of your order.
