Bonney Forge Gate Valves - Overview
Bonney
Forge valves are available in two bonnet
designs. The first design is the Bolted
Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral
wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite.
Ring joint gasket are also available on
request. The second design is the welded
bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded
joint. On request a full penetration strength
welded joint is available.
Bonney Forge gate valves
conform to API 602, BS 5352, and ASME
B 16.34. Each are tested according to
API 598, marking is per MSS SP25.

Forge Cryogenic Gate Valves
Bonney Forge valves are available in two bonnet
designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet,
with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made
in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available
on request. The second design is the welded bonnet,
with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request
a full penetration welded joint is available.
The cryogenic valves are available in gate and globe
design configurations. Valves are designed with
an extended body for use in cold services to -196
degrees C (-320 degrees F).
Bonney
Forge cryogenic gate and globe valves conform to
API 602, MSS-SP-118, and BS 6364. Each are tested
according to API 598 and marking is per MSS-SP-25.
